Selamat hari lahir mak... happy birthday to u..happy birthday to u..happy birthday to mak niza sayang...happy birthday to u..i love u mak...but i cant call my mom coz she forgot where she placed her handphone..and that phone already off..huhu..
Today my appointment with Dr. Jurina Mohd Hassan @ Columbia Asia Hospital @ puchong..1st time been there n i dont know the procedure with GL or without GL..huhu..my cik atan a bit angry when the staff said there's no GL for today..i'm sorry my ayang..i also dunno..i'm coming as out patient..so no GL n GL only for warded patient....hampehhhhh!!
No wonder la my fen when got sore eyes she just went to specialist all on her own..haha..if i understand earlier...i already be here in columbia asia puchong since january lagiiiii!!!! All coz of miss comm n miss info...not clearly blend all d info i git..blame all myself.. :(
So today..i just met the Dr. n scheduled my ward for tomorrow n she prepare all the docs to request GL..
On d way back..jerebu terukkk!!
